Yes Beth, we are a bakery!

We've made the decision to discontinue our meal entrees and devote our time to expanding our line of gluten free baked goods and pizzas.

It wasn't an easy decission because we have a small group of very dedicated folks that buy our entrees every month but, we also wanted to expand our gluten free line of baked goods to include cookies, pies, cheesecakes and more cakes. It was clear we couldn't do both--so, no more meal entrees.

Check our our new line of cookies, cheesecakes, pies, cakes and of course our great breads and pizzas.

We now offer:

Gluten free baked goods—baked in our dedicated gluten free facility

Gluten free pizzas—according to our customers our pizza crust is the best in the state

Gluten free mixes—these are the same mixes we use to make our delicious gluten free breads, muffins and pizza crusts

Gluten free classes—to help you learn how to adjust to your new life

Class Schedules

We also try to help our customers solve other dietary problems. As an example, we recently developed a gluten free, egg free, rice free, legume and potato free bread called Patty's Bread that is absolutely delicious but maintains a real bread texture and meets our other criteria—stays soft and can still be used as a sandwich loaf without falling apart.
